Your main area of responsibility includes
- Leading the team (approx. 15 employees) as well as planning and coordinating personnel deployment in cooperation with the team leaders for goods receipt and warehouse
- Ensuring the operational daily business as well as the efficient order processing from picking to loading
- Responsible for compliance with quality and safety standards
- Ensuring optimal deployment planning and coordination of the drivers
- Optimizing and ensuring picking and warehouse processes in cooperation with interfaces as well as training employees
- Assisting in the supervision of apprentices
- Taking on tasks in quality management as well as deputizing in the logistics helpdesk
- Active participation in daily business. Especially in storage and picking, as well as in goods outgoing
Your profile
- You have completed logistics training, ideally further trained as a logistics specialist, and have several years of professional experience in logistics
- You are an experienced, authentic and loyal leader who convinces through your natural authority and high self-motivation
- You have a deep understanding of efficient logistics processes and their interrelationships and bring a high quality and cost awareness with a focus on process optimization
- Your communication skills enable you to address challenges openly and respectfully
