Nurse Specialist with Professional Responsibility, Part-Time 50 - 80% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for ensuring quality in the nursing sector
• In addition, you support and advise carers in complex nursing and care situations
• Furthermore, you conduct case discussions with the nursing teams
• You also lead projects in the nursing area by developing concepts, guidelines, instructions and checklists
• You participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of internal training in the specialist area
• Support in the education sector (HF / FAGE) rounds off your interesting and demanding range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 50 and 80%

Requirements

• You have training as a nurse specialist
• Furthermore, you have completed a Master’s degree in nursing sciences or are on the way to doing so
• You possess good organisational skills and have experience in concept and project development
• An independent and structured way of working is important to you
• In addition, you have the ability and joy for interdisciplinary collaboration
• High social competence, communication skills and experience in presentation techniques are also important
