To strengthen our acquisition team, we are looking for a committed and professionally skilled individual who will take on both the offer and acquisition management as well as the calculation of complex projects in civil engineering. The main responsibilities include independently managing the offer processes from A to Z and competently representing Implenia towards partners and clients.

What you will drive

• Management of offer and acquisition processes for demanding infrastructure projects from document analysis to final offer submission
• Development of a clear offer strategy, structuring the offer, and ensuring a consistent, convincing overall presentation
• Creation of construction schedule, logistics, and timeline plans and resource planning that support the offer process technically and form the basis for later execution
• Performing the calculation of complex projects, including quantity determination, cost estimates, and pricing
• Obtaining, reviewing, and comparing supplier and subcontractor offers as well as contributing to awarding strategies
• Close cross-functional collaboration with civil engineering, road construction, special civil engineering, and other project participants to ensure technically sound offer preparation and cost determination
  

What you bring

• Degree as construction foreman, master builder, civil engineer FH, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience or talent in managing offer and acquisition processes, ideally also in joint ventures, alliances, or consortium constellations
• Confident technical and economic understanding as well as enthusiasm for developing variants and offer strategies
• Experience in construction project calculation or willingness to specifically expand existing basic knowledge and this competence
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP, Baubit, Ababau, Sorba or similar industry software, as well as scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject, TILOS) is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and reliable working style as well as pronounced team and communication skills
• Languages: Very good German skills; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
