Logistics Specialist

For our client Lonza AG, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately, 100% initially limited until 31.12.2026

Your task profile:

• Primary contact person in the logistics area; prioritisation and allocation of resources to ensure timely processes
  

• Implementation of logistical requirements to ensure material supply for production as well as active participation in day-to-day business

• Management of shift handovers, inspections (GEMBA walks), creation of work instructions as well as technical leadership, coaching and training of the logistics team

• Compliance with and enforcement of all relevant safety and quality requirements (EHS, GMP, GDP, ISO) as well as seamless archiving and documentation

• Coordination and enforcement of standard processes during start-ups and meetings with customers and project managers

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in logistics or pharmaceutical sector

• Several years of experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

• Solid user knowledge in SAP (Modules: MM, SD, FI, ARIBA)

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills

• High degree of independence, commitment, assertiveness as well as a strong quality and safety awareness
