The Buildings, Sports and Domains Service of the City of Morges is looking to fill the position for the Buildings Office of:
Heating and Sanitary Installer at 100%
Main tasks:
- ensure the installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC technical equipment in municipal and school buildings;
- carry out preventive and corrective interventions to guarantee safety, user comfort and continuity of service;
- actively participate in the energy optimization of installations, in a sustainable approach to reducing consumption and emissions;
- identify malfunctions and propose solutions to improve the performance of technical systems.
We are looking for:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a heating or sanitary installer, or equivalent training;
- 3 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in HVAC maintenance and management of connected installations;
- mastery of current standards;
- knowledge of district heating networks, their operation and substations;
- ease with remote management tools (BMS,);
- driver's license (category B);
- ability to work independently and rigorously;
- sensitivity to energy sobriety and sustainability.
