Your field of activity

• From project development to handover, you are holistically responsible for demanding main contractor/subcontractor projects and are the central contact person for our clients
• As the overall responsible person, you lead the project team and manage collaboration with clients, planners, specialists, authorities and companies
• You are responsible for quality, costs, deadlines and profitability and ensure project success with regular cost reporting and forward-looking scheduling
• You conduct negotiations, prepare and manage contracts and amendments, and ensure correct and timely billing
• With your holistic view, you optimise planning and execution, develop economical solution proposals and create optimal conditions for successful project completion

Your foundation

• You have completed vocational training in building construction with appropriate further education or a degree and bring several years of experience in managing demanding projects in a subcontractor/main contractor company
• You convince with high professional, social and leadership competence and know how to lead, motivate and set an example for your project team with confidence
• You are proficient in Office 365 and MS Project and ideally have knowledge of Messerli and REALVIEW
• With your entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and solution-oriented working style, you keep an overview even in complex projects
