- Requirements management & consulting: Recording technical requirements and developing solution proposals
- Engineering & integration: Development, evaluation, and integration of hardware, software, and services
- Operations & support: Conducting fault analyses, troubleshooting in 3rd-level support.
- Coordination & governance: Participation in service reviews, interface function to internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimization & documentation: Ongoing optimization and automation of technical processes, creation of procedures, instructions, and checklists.
Profile
- Completed training or studies in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in ICT system management, ideally in the Windows workplace environment.
- Very good knowledge of Windows, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Experience in programming with Powershell and Power Apps.
- You speak very good German, are a team player, and appreciate working together to develop solutions.
