Exciting tasks await:
- Inventory and database maintenance (MuseumPlus)
- Assistance with processing acquisitions, donations, long-term loans and loans for exhibitions, support of exhibition coordination with loans
- Work in the depot (inventory of works, checking proper storage, etc.)
- Independent coordination of office image loans, clarification and coordination of image requests and reproduction permissions
- Various scientific research tasks, further exciting project-related activities
What you bring:
- Completed Bachelor or Master degree (preferably Art History, Cultural Management, Museology), interest in art as well as organisational and administrative tasks
- Very good knowledge of German, further language skills advantageous (English and French)
- Good user knowledge of common Office programmes and databases
- Independent, structured and careful working style
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, strong team spirit and flexibility
