What is my role?

• Responsibility for strategic procurement and development of purchasing strategies to optimise costs and supply chains

• Leading supplier negotiations at a strategic level

• Analysing market trends and identifying saving potentials

• Close collaboration with various specialist departments

• Building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships

• Responsibility for contract design

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed degree with purchasing-specific further training

• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally with plastics, adhesives or similar materials

• Sound ERP knowledge

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Structured, independent working style and high reliability

• Willingness to travel of approx. 20%
