Your tasks – successfully leading projects to completion:

In this versatile position, you manage demanding projects from planning to successful handover. You always keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality.

• You take overall responsibility for projects – from order placement to successful final acceptance.
• You act as the technical interface between customers, production, assembly teams, and suppliers.
• You create precise CAD drawings and prepare the necessary manufacturing documents.
• You coordinate all project phases and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• You conduct site visits and quality checks and accompany the work on site.
• You plan and organise site inspections and close projects administratively and technically.
• You create, manage, and update the technical documentation for gates, posts, ball catch fences, grilles, and other products.
• You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our products and processes.

Your profile – technically skilled and well organised:

• A technical education in metal construction, locksmithing, construction, or a comparable field forms your professional foundation.
• You can confidently read technical drawings; you are also experienced with CAD and common IT applications.
• Several years of experience in technical project management enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style characterises you as well as a sense of responsibility and decisiveness.
• You present yourself confidently, reliably, and professionally to customers, suppliers, and teams.
• Very good German and Swiss German skills as well as a category B driving licence complete your profile; French skills are an advantage.
