Responsibilities

• You are responsible for customer service and the information centre.
• With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our discerning customers.
• You are responsible for receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints.
• Thanks to your overview, the cash, postal and delivery note cycles are ensured.
• You perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail or as a commercial clerk.
• Experience in administrative areas and cash register operations distinguishes you.
• Flexible working hours (Mon-Sat) in sales are a matter of course for you.
• You enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
• You describe yourself as an independent, resilient and committed personality.
