As a Senior Talent Manager, you take on a central role in the career development of our key persons/senior talents. You work independently and closely with HR colleagues, managers, and talents to actively shape individual career paths and group-wide succession planning.
Your area of responsibility
- You lead and optimize the group-wide talent program for key roles and high potentials with a focus on impact, visibility, and strategic relevance
- You individually support senior talents through mentoring, coaching, and consulting, making a targeted contribution to their possible next career step
- You help shape the group-wide Group Succession Planning and work closely with top management on the development of succession candidates
- You identify development potentials and derive appropriate measures together with the divisions
- You work closely with HR business partners and managers to anchor talent strategies and promote internal mobility
- You foster a culture of talent development and internal growth across divisions
Your strengths
- You bring several years of experience in talent management, coaching, or leadership development at a senior level, ideally in an international corporate environment
- You have a good sense for people and understand how to recognize and specifically promote potentials
- You are experienced in dealing with demanding stakeholders and move confidently at the executive/senior level
- You think strategically, work in a structured way, and implement pragmatically
- You communicate clearly and effectively in German and English
- You bring a high degree of personal responsibility, confidentiality, and willingness to shape
