For our dementia care department, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a
Health Care Specialist EFZ / Workload 60–100 %
Your tasks
- Accompanying and individual, respectful care of people with dementia, focusing on personal life history.
- Flexible response to needs and behaviours; holistic, continuous key contact person.
- Involving relatives as desired; interprofessional collaboration with nursing, therapy, and other departments.
- Active participation and further development of care offerings through your own ideas.
