Tasks
- Betreue Kinder mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen in der Kita.
- Plane und führe altersgerechte Aktivitäten durch.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Fachstellen fördern.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung Kinder.
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von PraktikantInnen und Lernenden.
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch.

The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day care centres.

We are looking for immediate support in the day care centre
HOW?
- You care for children with and without disabilities aged 3 to 24 months and promote their individual development together with a co-educator.
- You plan and conduct age-appropriate activities.
- You work with parents and maintain contacts with internal and external specialist agencies.
- You collaborate with other KiTa groups at the respective locations.
- You support cross-departmental events.
- You accompany interns and apprentices.

- Because you bring experience in supporting interns and apprentices.
- Because you have organisational skills and flexibility.
- Because you have good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Because you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
