Your area of responsibility
- Scheduling and coordination of installers and installation partners
- Appointment clarifications and coordination with clients (architects, construction managers, private customers, etc.)
- Organization and coordination of scaffolding / lifts, sky workers, etc.
- Management of the central scheduling/installation mailbox of the Volketswil center
- Coordination of installation capacities with the installation manager
- Material scheduling and coordination for construction sites and warehouse calls
- General correspondence with internal and external parties regarding scheduling and installation

What you bring
- Strong communication skills and good IT knowledge (MS Office, etc.)
- Experience in scheduling installation teams
- Experience in a craft-technical environment, ideally in the sun protection industry
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) or business diploma
- Integrity and a team player with a networked mindset
- High service and solution orientation, a cool head in hectic times, and enjoyment of customer contact and a dynamic environment
