You ensure that our kitchens are assembled professionally, cleanly and on schedule. As an assembly manager, you hold the reins: you coordinate your team’s assignments, arrange appointments and ensure a smooth process of the assembly work. From order recording and calculation to the completion of the work, you keep an overview of your orders and the current status of the assembly.
In doing so, you work closely with the administration and form a well-coordinated tandem. You are an important contact person for our fitters, the site management and other parties involved. In addition, you carry out site inspections and kitchen acceptance and ensure that our quality standards are met.
WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
- You have training as a carpenter EFZ or bring experience from a construction-related profession. Further training in construction or logistics management is an advantage.
- You enjoy coordinating assignments, organising processes and bringing different parties
together.
- You have good planning and coordination skills as well as strong negotiation skills.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations and find pragmatic solutions.
- You communicate clearly and purposefully and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
