Reporting to the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, the Senior Manager Legal Operations and Administration (SMLOA) is a skilled professional with knowledge, skills and experience in legal operations in in-house legal departments. The SMLOA is responsible for the efficient and effective management and operation of IATA’s legal department systems and procedures including IATA’s contract tool, legal matter management system and the provision of administrative support to the General Counsel and the lawyers in the legal team. The SMLOA reports to the General Counsel and leads an experienced team located in Montreal and Geneva with dedicated administrative responsibilities including the Business Operations Coordinator, Legal Administrator and Paralegal.
