Every trainee at the senior center «Im Brüel» has their personal professional mentor who safely guides them through the training. In direct exchange with the trainees, the trainers ensure a varied and practice-oriented training. Every year there is a trainee event with an exciting interactive program (e.g., escape room).

Fixed learning times and learning support help to work on the learning content and apply it in a job-related manner. Deficits can thus be quickly identified and eliminated by the trainers within a short time.

Activities in nursing professions require responsible actions and a high degree of reliability. The trust relationship between nursing staff and elderly people is very important.
