About the job
Take off «Im Brüel» with 100% future prospects
The nursing profession - a bridge between generations.
Measuring blood sugar, learning nursing know-how with medical basics, and gaining an understanding of the life worlds of older people, all this is conveyed by nursing professions and further training at the senior center «Im Brüel».
As a trainee «Im Brüel» you can actively shape your training. The school knowledge flows directly into practice. Flat hierarchies and well-documented processes ensure continuous development in the processes.
Every trainee at the senior center «Im Brüel» has their personal professional mentor who safely guides them through the training. In direct exchange with the trainees, the trainers ensure a varied and practice-oriented training. Every year there is a trainee event with an exciting interactive program (e.g., escape room).
Fixed learning times and learning support help to work on the learning content and apply it in a job-related manner. Deficits can thus be quickly identified and eliminated by the trainers within a short time.
Activities in nursing professions require responsible actions and a high degree of reliability. The trust relationship between nursing staff and elderly people is very important. All the more important are familiar faces in the work shifts and a respectful intergenerational interaction. In addition, one works very closely together in a nursing team.
A digital understanding in the training professions is also becoming increasingly important. Nursing activities must be documented electronically and traceable. Trainees record the nursing data on tablets. Later, these are automatically transferred to the nursing documentation tool.
Besides their own apprenticeship, a trainee «Im Brüel» gains insights into other professional fields (facility management specialist, cook, activation specialist). The interdisciplinary exchange broadens one’s own horizon and mutual understanding for area-specific processes.
Thanks to flexible working hours after completing basic training in nursing professions, work, family, and training can be very well combined. Advancement opportunities are also high if one is willing to continue attending school alongside work after training.
