From planning to the finished exhibition stand – you bring projects to the floor.

Do you want to plan not only on screen but also see on site how an idea becomes a functioning exhibition stand? Do you think technically, organise proactively and get involved in the implementation? Then you are exactly right with us. For our trade fair projects, we are looking for a committed person who accompanies our customers from technical clarification to successful project completion. Your workplace is Neuendorf SO; project assignments take you throughout Switzerland.

• You independently manage assigned trade fair customers and projects and clarify requirements as well as technical feasibility with the customers.
• You check plans, stand construction specifications and technical requirements and develop feasible solutions.
• You plan assembly and dismantling processes and coordinate materials, personnel, transport, schedules as well as internal and external partners.
• You create complete deployment and implementation documents and ensure that all parties involved are informed in good time.
• You keep an eye on quality, safety, deadlines and cost-effectiveness and identify risks early.
• If necessary, you take over the technical management on site, instruct the teams and actively participate in assembly and dismantling.
• You coordinate changes with customers and internal departments and ensure an orderly handover or acceptance.
• You accompany the dismantling, document deviations and additional services and close the projects cleanly.

• Experience in trade fair or event construction, shopfitting, interior finishing or a related field; a technical or craft apprenticeship is an advantage.
• Experience in project coordination or project management as well as understanding of logistics, personnel and material planning.
• Good technical and spatial understanding and confident handling of digital tools.
• Independent, structured working style, organisational talent and strong solution orientation.
• Sense of responsibility, resilience and a practical hands-on mentality.
• Professional appearance, clear communication and enjoyment in working with customers, teams and partners.
• Driving licence category B and good German skills; other national languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake projects throughout Switzerland as well as early start times, evening and occasional weekend assignments.
