The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden, with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the MTTB department under the direction of Ms Jana Schmid, Ms Nicole Hody is looking for a certified MTRA immediately or by arrangement for a workload of 80-100%.
Attractive tasks
- Independent organisation and professional execution of all radiological examinations prescribed by the doctors in close interdisciplinary cooperation
- Carrying out the entire range of examinations on CT, conventional X-ray, fluoroscopy, MR, angiography and digital mammography
- Ensuring on-call duty according to operational requirements
- Assisting with the induction of new employees and co-supervising MPA apprentices
Therefore, we want you
- Completed training/studies as a certified radiology specialist (MTRA) or a similar qualification
- Sound knowledge in cross-sectional imaging would be desirable
- High degree of independence and social competence combined with good technical understanding
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work weekend and night shifts
- Open and patient-oriented attitude with a humorous approach
