This can be in inpatient long-term care, in specialised departments for dementia, rehabilitation and transitional care, or palliative care. This is what you will do:

Together with your night shift colleagues, you are responsible for individual and professional care and support of 153 residents. You take on the night responsibility for a residential group and provide supportive assistance in other departments. You dedicate yourself with enthusiasm and heart to accompanying people in different phases of life. In emergency situations, you initiate appropriate interventions and act as the contact person for doctors, hospitals, and relatives. You professionally manage the care process and take responsibility for situation-appropriate and professionally competent care and support. You can expect a varied range of tasks in a committed and collegial team.
