- be the competent contact person for private customers, self-employed individuals, and SMEs, providing comprehensive advice
- manage and develop your own customer portfolio and expand your network
- professionally and needs-based advise on our products and services
- refer customers to other segments as part of cross-/upselling

- a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the credit area
- current expertise and a completed banking-specific training
