Your main tasks
- You are responsible for the implementation of the educational mandate and work closely with the trainees. Together with the education managers, you design and evaluate the training and develop individual learning processes. You care for our patients, assist with various examinations, and perform administrative tasks. In addition, we have our own scheduling, where you handle inquiries by phone and email.
- As a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist, you have already worked in an acute hospital. You already have pedagogical training or are willing to complete it.
- You bring a high commitment to vocational training and an interest in the field of gynecology. In addition, you have confident German language skills and good English skills. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- We place great importance on careful introduction to the role as a trainer and to the specialist field. In addition, a wide range of internal training opportunities is available to you.
