Intern Focus Banking (HMS/WMS)

Would you like to dive into the exciting world of banking? During our one-year HMS internship, you will benefit from a solid and experiential basic training and discover the diversity of a modern bank.

During one year you will immerse yourself in one of the following specialist areas:

• In the customer halls you support the advice of private customers on site. The focus is on numbers, saving, investing and pension provision. You help to process everyday banking transactions, identify potential and accompany customers into the digital world. At the same time, you gain exciting insights into the holistic advice of private customers and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• In the direct bank private customers you support the advice and support of private customers who contact us online or by phone. You help to process customer enquiries, find solutions and ensure smooth service. In doing so, you gain exciting insights into digital customer care and learn how we ensure high customer satisfaction even without personal contact on site.
• In the direct bank corporate customers you support the processing of customer orders and the telephone support of our corporate customers. You help to process enquiries efficiently, find solutions and ensure professional service. In addition, you contribute to advice on company formations and the onboarding of new corporate customers. In doing so, you gain exciting insights into the needs of business customers and learn how we competently and service-orientedly accompany them in the digital environment.
• In the financing centre you support the processing of financing applications and ensure that these are processed in a timely manner and in the best quality. You help to monitor the business of the customer advisors and contribute to the further development of financing processes, basic products as well as training and development measures.

• Graduation from the cantonal commercial or economic secondary school with an average grade of 4.65
• You are enthusiastic about the financial world and enjoy working with Office programmes
• You enjoy learning new things and making a difference
• You enjoy administrative tasks and bring impulses as well as creative ideas
• You like to communicate, are open-minded and enjoy working with others
