A committed Certified Health Professional (FaGe) is sought to temporarily support an established nursing home in the canton of Zurich with flexible assignments. Your Tasks
- The focus of your work is individually tailored, resource-oriented care that comprehensively addresses the personal needs of each resident and promotes their independence.
- With great care and an empathetic, quality-conscious approach, you take on the direct care and support of the residents.
- The structured planning and efficient organisation of the daily ward operations are your responsibility, ensuring a smooth and orderly working day.
- Through close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of experienced nursing professionals and support staff, you ensure an uninterrupted workflow and optimal care for the residents.
- Your committed work significantly contributes to the continuous improvement of care quality and supports the targeted development of internal processes and structures.
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed training as a Certified Health Professional (FaGe) forms the reliable basis of your professional qualification for this responsible position.
- Your valuable experience in the empathetic care of people with dementia enriches your professional profile and is especially appreciated by us.
- Sound knowledge in long-term care and ideally in psychiatric care broadens your comprehensive expertise and strengthens your deployability.
- Routine handling of the RAI system is among your valuable additional skills and supports you in structured and needs-based care planning.
- You quickly recognise challenging care situations and work purposefully into new areas of responsibility – a skill that is of great importance in this position.
- Your strong commitment, high resilience and flexibility, as well as your strong sense of responsibility and pronounced empathy, form the foundation for your sustainable success in this demanding role.
