This is the job - Your main tasks

• Strategic cross-industry consulting in the implementation of new regulatory requirements (defining requirements, conducting gap analysis, identifying fields of action and implementing measures)

• Advising our clients primarily in the following legal areas: (Gen)AI Governance & Compliance, contract and licensing law, contract design, data protection and information security, third-party risk management, cybersecurity, FINMA requirements, etc., with a focus on issues related to digital transformation

• Taking responsibility in subprojects as well as supporting the planning, control and implementation of complex client projects

• Active participation in expanding the international Legal Strategy team

• Cross-industry project work with the opportunity to build in-depth expertise in one sector

This job is for you if

• You have successfully completed a degree in law or business law.

• You have at least 2 years of experience at the interface of law, technology and IT and ideally have already worked on digitalisation, compliance, data protection, cybersecurity or transformation projects.

• You are enthusiastic about the practical application of legal requirements with a technological reference (e.g. data protection law, information security, cloud, AI).

• You enjoy driving projects forward in a structured way, taking responsibility and prospectively taking on project management tasks.

• You communicate convincingly and in a structured manner and have the ability to convey complex concepts and facts appropriately to the target audience.

• You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing (C1 level).

• Bar admission (Switzerland)

• Certifications or further training in areas such as data protection, information security, cybersecurity, project management, legal tech or AI governance
