What is my role?

• Further development of all process steps in the operations area at the site

• Technical, personnel and organisational leadership of the departments Production, AVOR, Warehouse/Logistics and Quality Management

• Development and monitoring of the QM system

• Responsibility for occupational safety and plant infrastructure

• Continuous optimisation of process flows through automation and digitalisation

• Ensuring timely and professional product manufacturing

• Promotion and support of directly subordinate employees

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical further education at HF/FH level, business management further education desired

• Leadership qualities and a can-do attitude

• Experience in lean management, automation and digitalisation

• Analytical thinking, flexibility and result orientation
