Assembly Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Professional assembly and comprehensive testing of our high-quality membrane pumps according to technical specifications and quality standards

• Ensuring consistently high quality as well as strict adherence to agreed delivery dates

• Systematic analysis of malfunctions and errors and their targeted rectification to ensure smooth production processes

• Active support and collaboration with other company departments as needed to optimally design cross-departmental processes

• Documentation of performed work and quality checks according to internal guidelines

• Participation in continuous improvement processes to optimise assembly procedures

What do I need to be successful?

• Practical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally in the assembly of mechanical or electromechanical components

• Confident German language skills in oral and written communication for team communication and documentation of your work

• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for technical processes, especially in the field of pump technology or comparable precision assemblies

• Skilful hands and conscientious approach when working with high-quality components and parts

• Preferably a completed vocational or technical education EFZ, for example as a polymechanic, mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, assembly plans and work instructions

• Independent, reliable and precise working style with a strong quality awareness

• Team spirit with a strong sense of collegiality and willingness for cross-departmental collaboration
