To support the Datacentre Team in the Zurich region, we are now looking for you as our Planning Manager (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon . In this role, you will actively manage our various datacentre projects.

Tasks
What tasks await you as Datacentre Planning Manager (m/f/d)?
- Leadership and coordination of the entire planning team as well as chairing and minute-taking of planners' meetings
- Management of the planning process from preliminary project to execution including scheduling, authority coordination and clearance of requirements
- Ensuring plan quality and compliance with objectives regarding architecture, HVACSE, functionality, costs, quality and deadlines
- Support of overall project management TU and execution in all planning-related issues including interface management
- Management of optimisations, project changes and sample approvals including change management and integration into planning
- Contract, supplementary claim and risk management for planners as well as enforcement of revision planning and final documentation
Requirements
What requirements do you bring as Datacentre Planning Manager (m/f/d)?
- Completed studies as architect, civil engineer, electrical engineer or HVAC engineer (ETH/FH) or equivalent education with appropriate further training
- Several years of professional experience in planning or project management of TU/GU projects, ideally in the area of refurbishment or modernisation environment, datacentre or mission critical facilities
- Sound knowledge of SIA standards, planning-relevant building legislation and experience in authority coordination
- Proven strength in leading interdisciplinary planning teams, interface, schedule and quality management
- Structured, assertive personality with strong communication and decision-making skills as well as very good English skills (Level C1 or native) and good German skills (Level B1)
- Experience in international projects is an advantage
