Business Software Consultant (m/f/d)

As a contact person for all ERP-related matters, the company emphasises its mission to actively collaborate with customers, take responsibility, and offer individual solutions.
Responsibilities:
Supporting customers in their daily operations as well as in exciting ERP implementation and optimisation projects
You analyse, document, and jointly develop existing processes with customers
Through the configuration of modern ERP solutions, you ensure efficient and future-oriented workflows
You take responsibility as a dedicated contact person during the migration and support of your customers
Qualifications:
Successfully completed IT, business informatics or commercial training
Initial knowledge of ERP systems, financial accounting, HR processes or business software is desirable
You bring enthusiasm for digitalisation, process optimisation and customer-oriented solution finding
Fluent written and spoken German
