Your tasks:
As the central contact person for students, lecturers, and program management, you accompany the entire administrative life cycle of the students – from enrollment to deregistration. You ensure the smooth running of student administration for the Bachelor and Master programs at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. This includes, among other things:
• Processing incoming registrations
• Organizing module registrations, managing performance records, and issuing diplomas
• Recording and maintaining student data in the university administration system Evento and service-oriented and efficient communication with all parties involved
Your profile:
You are a positive, team-oriented personality and appreciate daily interaction with students, lecturers, and colleagues. In addition, you work reliably and in a structured manner, always keeping an overview even in intense phases and completing your tasks efficiently, precisely, and with a high level of service orientation. Additionally, you convince through:
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in the higher education sector
• Affinity for quickly and independently familiarizing yourself with the university administration system Evento
• Confident communication in German
