Our corporate culture

The team spirit does not create itself
This is why we organize events for employees such as the May excursion of the Maibummel. Every year before Easter, the Bern office elects the "Golden Eye" while the Basel office is famous for its barbecues at Turmhaus. Some employees spend a weekend in the snow together every winter, while others go for a drink together after work.
