Your Tasks
- Taking over management tasks in the absence of the department head
- Responsibility for the daily routine in the nursing context
- Key nurse with responsibility for planning and coordinating nursing processes
- Participation in medical rounds and active involvement
- Conducting discussions with relatives and the social environment of the residents
- Commitment to specialist groups for the further development of nursing quality (e.g. dementia, kinaesthetics, palliative care)
- 1-2 office days per week
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nursing professional (HF, FH, DN II, AKP or SRK)
- Solid user knowledge of RAI
- Initial experience in a leadership role is an advantage
- Interest in high-quality and relationship-oriented nursing
- Motivation for continuous professional development
