Construction Foreman (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Active support of the site supervisor on the construction site
• Assistance in planning and coordinating work processes
• Monitoring a smooth construction site operation
• Support in meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Working on site as well as supporting the team in daily business
• Contact person for employees and support with technical questions
• Sharing knowledge and promoting a motivated team atmosphere

Requirements

• Completed training as a foreman or bricklayer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Professional experience in building construction or a comparable role
• Motivation to take responsibility and develop further
• Independent and reliable working style
• Organisational talent as well as cost and deadline awareness
• Enjoyment in leading and motivating a team
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• Good German language skills
