OSEO Vaud is offering a position for a hospitality and housekeeping manager. You will benefit from a fixed-term or permanent employment contract (to be defined), with an 80% workload.

Your duties:

• Carry out and guarantee cleaning work in our various premises;
• Perform activities related to the laundry sector;
• Ensure and guarantee the proper execution of services according to our standards in terms of Quality & Hygiene;
• Contribute to achieving objectives in the production of goods and services;
• Be attentive to technical installations and report any problems/needs observed;
• Organise and participate in certain tasks related to health and safety at work;
• Provide practical and theoretical knowledge (cleaning and laundry maintenance) to learners (apprentices, trainees).

What you bring:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hospitality and housekeeping manager or equivalent training;
• Technical knowledge of maintenance methods and handling of cleaning machines and equipment;
• Proven experience and knowledge in a similar position;
• Familiarity with common Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Autonomy, reliability, organisational skills and initiative, solution-oriented, practical, able to improvise, proactive and versatile;
• Quick-witted, conscientious, responsible, committed to quality work and willing to get involved, with a customer-oriented approach;
• Ability to communicate and work in a team;
• Valid driving licence;
• Training in health and safety at work, completed or ongoing (MSST Concept) would be an advantage;
• Both extracts (Special and Classic) of the criminal record will be requested upon hiring.
