OSEO Vaud is offering a position for a hospitality and housekeeping manager. You will benefit from a fixed-term or permanent employment contract (to be defined), with an 80% workload.
Your duties:
- Carry out and guarantee cleaning work in our various premises;
- Perform activities related to the laundry sector;
- Ensure and guarantee the proper execution of services according to our standards in terms of Quality & Hygiene;
- Contribute to achieving objectives in the production of goods and services;
- Be attentive to technical installations and report any problems/needs observed;
- Organise and participate in certain tasks related to health and safety at work;
- Provide practical and theoretical knowledge (cleaning and laundry maintenance) to learners (apprentices, trainees).
What you bring:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hospitality and housekeeping manager or equivalent training;
- Technical knowledge of maintenance methods and handling of cleaning machines and equipment;
- Proven experience and knowledge in a similar position;
- Familiarity with common Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Autonomy, reliability, organisational skills and initiative, solution-oriented, practical, able to improvise, proactive and versatile;
- Quick-witted, conscientious, responsible, committed to quality work and willing to get involved, with a customer-oriented approach;
- Ability to communicate and work in a team;
- Valid driving licence;
- Training in health and safety at work, completed or ongoing (MSST Concept) would be an advantage;
- Both extracts (Special and Classic) of the criminal record will be requested upon hiring.
