With locations throughout Switzerland, we support our clients to successfully realise their assignments and projects.<br />For our client in the<strong>Liestal region</strong>we are looking for a permanent position for a<br /><br /><strong>Payroll Specialist</strong><strong>Your tasks</strong>:<ul><li>Independent execution of monthly payroll processing including social insurances, withholding tax, expenses and year-end tasks</li><li>Ensuring compliance with labour, social insurance and payroll-related legal requirements in Switzerland</li><li>Contact person for employees and managers on payroll, salary and HR issues</li><li>Advising and supporting managers in operational HR topics along the employee lifecycle</li><li>Handling of entries, exits and transfers as well as personnel-related changes</li><li>Maintenance of personnel files and HR systems</li><li>Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations and references</li><li>Participation in HR projects as well as continuous optimisation of HR and payroll processes</li><li>Collaboration with insurance companies, authorities and external partners</li></ul><p><br /><br /><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Commercial basic training with further education in HR or payroll (e.g. HR specialist, payroll specialist)</li><li>Several years of experience in payroll</li><li>Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP-like role is an advantage</li><li>Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law</li><li>Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage</li><li>Proficient use of HR/payroll systems and MS Office</li><li>Structured, precise and independent working style</li></ul><p>Do you see yourself in the points mentioned above?
