About the job
To complement our team, we are looking for immediate start or by arrangement:
Health or Care Specialist for our Day Care, 40 – 50% workload
Together with your team colleagues, you ensure professional care and support for our day guests. In doing so, you work hand in hand with the activation team of the residential home and support them as needed. You accompany the relatives and take on the daily responsibility.
You bring:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in geriatric care, preferably with people with dementia
- Networked thinking and structured working method
- Commitment and empathy
- You place our guests and their needs at the centre of your actions
About the dandelion
At the dandelion care centre for people with dementia in Basel, 60 residents are cared for and supported in seven residential groups according to a milieu-therapeutic approach. Additionally, up to 12 guests visit our specialised day structure daily.
