Skills

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Offenheit für flexible Arbeitszeiten.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Teamgeist sind wichtig.

About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.
Apprentice Care Specialist EFZ in the Disability Sector from August 2027
Care specialists EFZ support and promote people with disabilities in their daily lives with us. The focus is on strengthening the clients in their resources and accompanying them in as self-determined a life as possible. During the apprenticeship, various stations in the residential area as well as in the day centres are completed to gain a comprehensive insight.
HOW?
As an apprentice care specialist, you work in a residential group or in a workshop. You accompany and support the residents of the residential groups in their daily lives or the employees of the workshops in their activities
- You promote the residents in their personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
- You help shape the residents' leisure time and assist with everyday tasks, such as household chores.
- You support, if necessary, with personal care.
- You guide the workshop employees in their activities and support them in implementing work assignments.
