To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented After-Sales Service Technician.

Your mission

Reporting to and working closely with the operations manager, you ensure the performance and reliability of our clients’ equipment. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance work on machines, either on client sites or in our workshop.
• Diagnosis: Quickly identifying, analysing and resolving technical faults and malfunctions.
• Advice & Training: Supporting, advising and training clients to ensure optimal and safe use of their machines.
• Technical follow-up: Preparing spare parts lists and documenting interventions for the preparation of future repair quotes.

Your profile

Education: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician, polymechanic or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar after-sales technician role.
Key skills: Proficiency in programming machine tools (experience with FANUC and HEIDENHAIN) and good computer skills.
Languages: Native French speaker, good knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
Driving licence: Category B driving licence required (regular travel expected).
