For our partner company, a world-leading manufacturer of snacks and confectionery, we are looking for a

Plant Operator (m/f/d)

(Development position to team leader)

Your Tasks

• Achieving the specified production plan (from raw materials to liquid mass)
• Commissioning and maintenance of the plants
• Independent adjustment of the large plant as well as plant monitoring operation
• Reporting and protocol keeping
• Independently resolving minor malfunctions
• Recording and entering production key figures into various systems
• Gradual assumption of leadership tasks within the team

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the food sector or technical vocational training with food experience
• Experience in production operations
• Basic computer skills (Windows with Office tools, SAP advantageous)
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to work shifts (2 to 5 shifts)
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge advantageous
• Leadership experience or the willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibility in the future
