FAGE/ Qualified Nursing Specialist 60-80% (m,f,d)

Introduction

In a modern residential facility, we support around 50 adults with cognitive or multiple impairments in their daily lives. They live in several residential groups and receive individual, holistic support around the clock. Additionally, various studios offer a tailored daily and work structure that is oriented towards the abilities and needs of the residents.

Tasks

Advising and supporting the team management as well as the team on complex nursing and medical issues
Accompanying and supporting the residents in various areas of daily life
Independent management of key worker duties
Assisting with everyday household tasks within the residential group
Introducing and supporting new employees as well as interns
Independent assumption of administrative tasks
Documentation of care and support in the electronic documentation system
Participation in work and project groups
Application and further development of various forms of supported or multimodal communication

Profile

Completed training as a Qualified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Health Specialist EFZ with several years of professional experience
Experience in supporting people with impairments is an advantage
Experience in creating, reviewing and adapting care plans
Willingness to adopt educational perspectives, thinking and approaches
Good user knowledge of common Microsoft Office programmes

Team-oriented personality with high flexibility in thinking and acting
