Façade Construction Designer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Development of designs using CAD software in 2D and 3D

• Independent conception of forward-looking and economical design solutions focusing on quality standards, cost efficiency, procurement methods, manufacturing processes, and assembly-friendly execution

• Calculation of material quantities (quantity take-offs) as well as creation of detail, manufacturing, and assembly drawings

• Preparation of manufacturing and assembly orders

• Professional support of work preparation, purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly regarding scheduling, logistics handling, and budget matters

• Measurement of quantities and conditions directly on site at construction sites

• Organisational relief and representation of project management as needed

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a metal construction designer EFZ, steel construction designer, or comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge of CAD systems (2D and 3D)

• Holistic thinking with a focus on quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness

• Independent and systematic working style as well as precision and reliability

• Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for constructive collaboration and pragmatic problem-solving
