About the job
We produce mechanical precision parts and manufacture electromechanical assemblies and customised automation solutions. With around 90 employees, we deliver top performance daily for our customers worldwide. We supply demanding markets such as aircraft construction, motorsport, measurement and sensor technology, or the food industry.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for several CNC POLYMECHANICS
- Turning shop
- Grinding shop
- Small series production (turning, milling, eroding, soldering and bonding)
Area of responsibility
- Production of prototypes up to large series
- Manufacturing of contract manufacturing orders as well as own products GPR Tops
- Compliance with quality requirements during production
- Measuring, testing and documenting using modern testing and measuring instruments
Requirements
- Basic training as a polymechanic
- Independent programming and setup of modern CNC machines
- Knowledge of the CAM programming system "Esprit" or another CAM programming system is an advantage
- High degree of independence and quality awareness
- Team-oriented working style
