- Support of customer projects from the first architecture workshop to productive rollout
- Assistance to customers in modernising and migrating their platforms, from applications on Kubernetes to virtual machines on OpenShift Virtualization
- Consulting on an equal footing, moderation of workshops and technical sparring for sales in offers and tenders
- Management of technical projects from kick-off to completion in close coordination with customers, team and manufacturers
- Active participation in the development of a new AI platform service (including OpenShift AI, GPU enablement, model serving)
- Co-design of the Kubernetes portfolio, new services and automation blueprints, if desired up to the professional leadership of the topic
- Strong automation mindset, e.g. with GitOps, Ansible, Terraform or via APIs
- Enjoyment of architecture, consulting and technical challenges in large environments
- Very good German skills and technical English
- Early access to new technologies thanks to close manufacturer partnership and own lab
- Targeted further development with manufacturer certifications and an experienced team

Tasks
- Design and implementation of complex Kubernetes solutions for enterprise customers with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift, complemented by Azure AKS and AWS EKS- Support of customer projects from the first architecture workshop to productive rollout
- Assistance to customers in modernising and migrating their platforms, from applications on Kubernetes to virtual machines on OpenShift Virtualization

Profile
- Several years of practical experience with Kubernetes in an enterprise environment, ideally with Red Hat OpenShift, alternatively with VMware Tanzu / vSphere Kubernetes Service or a hyperscaler distribution- Strong automation mindset, e.g. with GitOps, Ansible, Terraform or via APIs
- Enjoyment of architecture, consulting and technical challenges in large environments
- Very good German skills and technical English
