Libera AG is a leading Swiss company in the field of occupational pensions with locations in Basel and Zurich. We provide comprehensive and professional advice to companies and pension funds. To expand our team in pension fund administration, we are looking for the following position in Zurich or Basel immediately or by arrangement:
- You independently manage active insured persons and pension recipients of the pension schemes assigned to you and handle the daily business responsibly.
- You advise the insured persons by phone and maintain close contact with external partners.
- You prepare retirement and purchase offers, carry out contribution and pension runs, and write the associated correspondence.
- You identify optimization potential and actively contribute to the smooth running of pension fund administration.
- If interested, you have the opportunity to participate in projects or take responsibility for individual business processes.
This is how you succeed:
- You have completed commercial training and have experience in pension fund administration or a comparable environment (e.g., social insurance / payroll).
- You communicate confidently in German; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
- You are characterized by an independent, precise, and solution-oriented way of working.
- You are digitally savvy and have very good MS Office skills.
