Group Leader Purchasing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Group Leader Purchasing who drives procurement at the Neuheim site in the canton of Zug with passion and innovative spirit.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for operational purchasing and project purchasing

• Ensuring reliable, cost-optimised and timely material supply

• Leadership and further development of the purchasing team

• Active participation in project purchasing to increase competitiveness

• Continuous and sustainable development of the supplier portfolio

• Close cooperation with the departments of planning, logistics, quality, assembly and R&D

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality with the following qualifications:

• Completed technical or commercial basic training with corresponding further education in purchasing, supply chain management or business administration

• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems

• Interest in digital processes and their further development

• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage

• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Solution-oriented working style and pronounced design competence

• High sense of responsibility and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various specialist departments
