- You take over the release of raw materials and finished products – ensuring that only flawless products reach our customers
- In this management role, you monitor legal requirements (GMP, food law, as well as pharmacopoeias) and ensure their compliance in the company
- You lead the quality department (quality control, quality assurance), develop a motivated team and promote their expertise
- Together with quality assurance and production, you continuously optimize processes, bring in new ideas, and take on audits or supplier evaluations if needed
- You keep our testing equipment and analytical methods up to date and coordinate external analytical service providers
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in a scientific or laboratory technical field as well as several years of professional experience in quality control or related areas
- Solid GMP experience and ideally leadership experience
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and high social competence
- Enjoy working close to production and cooperating with many interfaces
- Flexibility and willingness to be present on site
- Very good organizational and problem-solving skills, proactive action
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
