Your Impact
In this role, you lead our Customer Team in an agile context in a co-leadership capacity both professionally and personally, ensuring that our customers are comprehensively, stably, and future-oriented supported. You combine leadership with technical excellence and are a central interface between customers, technology, and internal departments.
Your Job
Together with an Account and a Service Manager, you lead the Customer Team professionally and personally in a co-leadership role and continuously develop it. In close coordination with Service Management and Key Account Management, you ensure optimal, customer-oriented support.
Besides your leadership role, you are also technically hands-on, handling complex second- and third-level requests and responsible for planning and implementing demanding IT projects in hybrid environments. You take responsibility for the technical architecture of customer solutions, proactively advise customers on complex issues, and ensure high service quality and sustainable customer satisfaction.
At the same time, you evaluate new technologies, drive innovations forward, and ensure targeted knowledge transfer within the team.
What You Bring
Must-haves
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in system or network engineering
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in coaching and developing employees
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure Services and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), as well as backup with Veeam
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Entra ID, MS Endpoint Manager / Intune, Exchange Online, and MS 365 Tenant)
- Understanding of network basics
- Fluent German and good English skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience at an IT service provider
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online (administration, rights management)
- Project management experience
- Experience with agile working methods
