Activities
- Acquire new corporate clients and expand existing relationships
- Acquire open positions and find suitable candidates
- Select and support candidates
- Successfully bring skilled workers and companies together
- Negotiate contract and deployment conditions
- Continuously expand the customer and candidate network
Requirements
- Training in sales, commercial or craft sector
- Flair for sales and enjoyment in contact with people
- Communicative and persuasive personality
- Initiative, perseverance and determination to succeed
- Independent and structured way of working
- Experience in personnel placement is a plus but not a must
