During the night shift, you ensure that our production runs reliably and that everything is ready by the next morning. Do you enjoy working independently, pitching in, and keeping an overview even at night? Then become part of our team and support us as a team leader in the permanent night shift.

Your tasks

• You lead and train your team professionally and ensure that all employees master the relevant machines and processes safely.
• You monitor compliance with quality, hygiene, and HACCP requirements as well as occupational safety.
• You prepare production, check the equipment, and ensure order, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• You identify malfunctions and quality deviations, initiate appropriate measures, and communicate important incidents to your superiors.
• You coordinate material supply and work closely with upstream and downstream departments as well as the workshop and logistics.
• You document production and quality controls and support the introduction of new products and processes.
• You pitch in yourself and support other departments.

Your profile

• Experience in food production, leadership experience is an advantage
• Sense of responsibility as well as leadership and team skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High awareness of quality, hygiene, and safety
• Organisational skills and technical understanding
• Good German skills and clear communication
• Willingness to actively participate in production
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts from 00:00/01:00
